Terms & Conditions for Auto Detailing Services

This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions governing the provision of auto detailing services by MaxFlow Detailing (“MaxFlow Detailing”) to the customer (“Customer”).

1. Services: MaxFlow Detailing agrees to provide the specified detailing services as outlined on the service invoice or as agreed upon in writing by both parties.

2. Price and Payment:

  • The total price for the Services is [PRICE] (or “as per the price quote provided to Customer”).
  • Payment is due in full upon completion of the Services.
  • Acceptable payment methods include [list accepted methods, e.g., "cash, credit card, debit card, online payment"].
    • A 3% processing fee will be applied to all credit card transactions.
    • An 8% sales tax will be added to the total service cost.
    • An additional $60 travel fee will be applied to all service requests.
    • The final invoice will include the service cost, plus the 3% credit card processing fee (if applicable), plus 8% sales tax, and the $60 travel fee.

3. Customer Responsibilities: * Customer shall provide MaxFlow Detailing with access to the vehicle and any necessary keys or codes. * Customer shall inform MaxFlow Detailing of any known existing damage or conditions of the vehicle prior to the commencement of services. * Customer shall remove all personal belongings from the vehicle before the commencement of services. * Customer shall ensure the vehicle is parked in a safe and accessible location for detailing.

4. MaxFlow Detailing Responsibilities: * MaxFlow Detailing will perform services to the best of its ability using professional techniques and high-quality products. * MaxFlow Detailing will take reasonable precautions to protect the customer's vehicle from damage during the detailing process.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties: * MaxFlow Detailing does not guarantee the removal of all stains, odors, or imperfections from the vehicle. * MaxFlow Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage to the vehicle that may be discovered during the detailing process.

6. Limitation of Liability: * MaxFlow Detailing's liability for any damage to the vehicle during the detailing process is limited to the lesser of the cost of repair for such damage or $1,000.

7. Cancellation Policy: * Customers must provide at least 12 hours' notice for any cancellations. * Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee of $60 to cover travel time and associated costs.

8. Customer Satisfaction: * MaxFlow Detailing strives for customer satisfaction. * If the customer is not satisfied with the services provided, they must notify MaxFlow Detailing within 12 hours of service completion to discuss their concerns. * MaxFlow Detailing will make reasonable efforts to address any concerns and resolve the issue to the customer's satisfaction.

9. Governing Law: * This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado.

10. Entire Agreement: * This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
